Naturally we want to take all members of our families on holiday and it's quite common for people to take their dogs and occasionally other pets. That's one of the good things about self-catering accommodation - it can be a home from home.
Horses:
Here at Arnbeg Cottage there are 3 stables, for DIY livery, and grazing which can be offered at a small additional cost. The riding country is spectacularly beautiful with miles of bridle paths nearby and quiet countryside lanes to take advantage of. Please contact us for further information.
Dogs:
Please note that the cottage is open plan therefore we will only allow 1 well behaved dog into the cottage. Our only condition is that you leave the cottage in the same way that you find it. Your pooch is not allowed in the bedrooms or upstairs. Please also note that dogs are not allowed to be left unattended at any time. Please contact us for further information.
Arnbeg Cottage is situated in the middle of 50 acres of its own farm land. Your dog is welcome to join you on your walk, although, as it is a working farm with sheep and cattle, please ensure your dog is well behaved.
Why not walk your dog to the village of Kippen (20 minute walk away) to pick up your morning paper and enjoy your morning coffee at Berits and Brown, or enjoy lunch at one of the 2 friendly local pubs, where walkers and their dogs are most welcome.
