We had a fantastic stay. The cottage is beautiful, clean and modern and well equipped and extremely comfortable. The views from every window are outstanding - of the surrounding countryside and hills and then cattle and sheep in the nearby fields. Allison and Michael are very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed meeting them. The children loved seeing and feeding their attractive chickens, ducks and turkeys! There are wonderful walks and cycle rides and we had a very restful time in such great natural beauty! We hope to be back!

Thank you for a lovely holiday. The cottage was absolutely fantastic with beautiful views from every window. The spacious layout allowed our large family group to each have their own space, which was particularly appreciated by the grandparents. The tasteful decor and high quality appliances could fool you into thinking you were in a 5 star hotel rather than a self catering cottage. Michael and Allison were very welcoming, laid back hosts and the the animals were great entertainment for the kids. We were blessed with great weather and were able to explore the surrounding areas, of special note were the safari park and Loch Katerine. I would recomend the cottage to anyone and we will seriously consider returning. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

I found the cottage through 'googling' self catering with grazing. There seem to be so few opportunities to travel with your horses but Arnbeg does provide this. As this was our first visit we left the horses at home but I wouldn't hesitate to bring them next time as the facilities are fabulous. The fields literally surround the house and is every animal lovers dream. The house coped easily with 3 generations, including toddlers and a dog! The fresh eggs became a staple of our diet and both Michael and Allison were helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful week. A special kiss to Ruby!

We have just got home after a brilliant fortnight spent in this fantastic cottage. It easily catered for the seven people of three generations in our party ranging from 16 to 85 years of age. Weather was mixed, but it was no hardship on the couple of days when we decided to remain confined to barracks as there was plenty to keep us occupied when we finally got tired of gazing at the fabulous views that you get out of every window. The menagerie kept us entertained (we loved them all!) and Allison and Michael were marvellous hosts, making us feel so welcome. You would have thought that 2 weeks was enough, but I would happily have stayed longer as the cottage was so comfortable, the views so spectacular (different every day) and there is so much to see and do in the area. Thoroughly recommend lunch at The Byre Inn at Brig o' Turk and really enjoyed our trip on the SS Sir Walter Scott on Loch Katrine, Stirling Castle and Falkland Palace (and village). It would be a joy to revisit!!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Arnbeg Cottage. The photos on the web site don't do it justice - it really is fabulous - we all enjoyed it very much - from my 9 month old grand-daughter up to my 82 year old mum - it suited four generations perfectly and the attention to detail was superb - thank you Allison and Michael - we'll certainly recommend you to friends and family and hope we'll be back soon.

| We had a lovely stay at your wonderful cottage. We found the cottage very spacious - even for three generations. Your attention to detail was much appreciated and the kids loved the sweets and Halloween decorations. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Gorgeous cottage that easily earns its "luxury" label. Stunning views from every window. Best welcome pack we've encountered too - and the duck eggs we had for Sunday breakfast were ace! All 6 adults had a fab time and no-one could think of anything that hadn't been catered for - thanks for a great break.
